Setting Up Our Services For Onsite Visits To Fix And Maintain Your Small Engine Equipment

Once you contact us, our mobile small engine repair Master Service Technician will get in communication with you and will discern the nature of your equipment problem. He will also technically or laymenly describe the work required, and the time to complete. We’ll most efficiently be able to do this by you telling us all you know and by us asking specific questions. You may simply need basic maintenance like a tune-up and blade sharpening, or even more extensive repairs, or both.

Information we may need from you includes:

• Engine model number and serial number

• Equipment model number and serial number

• Brand

• Type

• Horsepower

• Deck size (if a mower)

of the machine(s) that requires the small engine repair, lawn mower repair or outdoor power equipment repair or maintenance. Especially so if you already know we’ll need to order parts. Please check your owners manual, the manufacturers website, online forums, or youtube for the location of your model and serial numbers. There will be numbers located on a riveted tag or sticker, both on the engine and the equipment and sometimes on the mower deck (if having deck work done on some models.)

ESTIMATES FOR OUR ONSITE REPAIR SERVICES

Our Minimum Charge is $90, includes the Service Call Rate + the 1st Hour of Labor, (such as on a push mower or smaller piece of equipment). Your minimum price depends solely on the travel distance to you and the type of equipment to be serviced. Our Minimum Price could be as much as $120 the further we travel outside Bartlett, TN and the larger the equipment(Such as $180 on riding mowers and $200 on zero turn mowers) or more for several individual pieces of equipment(per hour/per piece of equipment)

We may be able to give you an estimate over the phone based off the information and conditions you convey to us: a description of the problems, the situation, the sounds, the smells, the vibrations, who used it last, etc., and our many years of experience. (Estimates are estimates only and are certainly not binding, especially if we find conditions differently than described.)

Services Rendered

Once you accept this minimum price or estimate, we will schedule a day and time to come to your location. The onsite repair services you requested will be conducted on equipment located at your home, office, business, or in the field. Services shall be rendered in such locations as your driveway, your garage, your carport, your backyard, your patio, your maintenance shed, or your professional shop.

Once we have confirmed the exact nature of your problem, we will repair the item then and there. We either use parts from our extensive inventory or we pick up the required items locally (if available). If we do have to order parts to complete the task, we’ll either take the equipment with us and bring back fully repaired at a later date, or we’ll have to schedule another appointment to come back and finish the repairs. We will give you an estimate of the cost and time frame we require.

Minor repairs, maintenance, and other services that we can easily perform on-site include tune-ups, winterizing, blade & chain sharpening, carburetor cleaning/rebuild, welding, tire repairs, safety checks, belt replacement, oil changes, and deck repair/leveling.

BACKLOG/WAIT-TIMES

Our shop on wheels can usually accommodate your particular repair needs. We try with earnestness to take care of your machine in a relatively timely and efficient manner. We are generally back-logged 1 to 2 weeks. Peak season (March – September) can get very overwhelming and our services can be behind as far as 6 to 8 weeks.

Our company ONLY uses O.E.M. (original equipment manufacturer) Briggs & Stratton, Kohler, Honda, MTD, and top-grade brand name (Oregon, Stens, Rotary) after-market parts and products. We also use Ethanol Shield fuel stabilizers, SeaFoam engine treatment, and LiquiTube tire sealant. We will offer you the quality you deserve… all with a worry free (and hopefully enjoyable) experience.

WARRANTY

We have a thirty(30) day warranty only on the repairs performed and completed. The replacement parts and engines we use also have their own manufacturers warranties which we honor through those respective manufacturers. If you supplied any of your own parts, our warranty is at our discretion.
