When you contact us, we will determine the nature of the work you require and may give you a rough estimate based on the info you give us. After agreeing to our minimum charge of $90 or to the estimate(whichever is greater), we then book an appointment for the agreed upon services. We then travel to you at the arranged time. Services will be performed in such locations as your driveway, your garage, your carport, your backyard, your patio, your maintenance shed, or your professional shop. Once we have confirmed the exact nature of the problem, on-the-spot, we will either repair the item then and there(subject to parts required and availability), or we'll have to order parts to complete the task. We'll give you an estimate of the cost and time frame we require and try to preschedule a return or delivery date.
